F. Dataroom checklist

  1. Historical Sarafu Network evidence
    • Archive dated swap volume, active-user and asset definitions, incidents, redemption presentments, aging vouchers, confirmed fulfillment, discharge, holding-duration measures, periods, exclusions, and methodology separately from current Cosmo-Local Credit metrics.
    • Preserve the historical Dune Analytics dashboard.
  2. Proposed fee-enforcement evidence, if implemented
    • Show that any fee hook and registry gating are integrated into the executed transaction path rather than enforced only by an interface.
    • Provide tests showing that the applicable execution service rejects a hop whose receipt does not prove fee collection under the adopted policy.
    • Publish test vectors, failure cases, eligible assets, and compliant Pools tied to an identified registry version.
    • Link the applicable software description.
  3. Guarantor and coverage pack
    • Publish eligibility, responsible parties, funding, caps, premiums where applicable, triggers, evidence, exclusions, decision authority, and dispute and appeal examples.
    • Include sample voucher and Pool disclosures that distinguish issuer responsibility from any expressly offered Pool protection or third-party guarantee.
    • Preserve the historical Sarafu Network reports archive and historical year-in-review presentation as lineage evidence, not proof of current CLC coverage or adoption.
  4. Legal and compliance pack
    • Document jurisdiction strategy, voucher classes, cash-equivalent policies, KYC or attestation options, geofencing, consumer disclosures, mis-selling controls, and the distinction between an ordinary Pool swap and an express credit product.
    • Link the effective Cosmo-Local Credit Terms of Service and preserve superseded versions through controlled records.
  5. Governance hardening
    • Provide conflict-of-interest and recusal procedures, decision and appeal records, sanctions, registry-removal due process, emergency-power limits, and examples of timelocked exchange-rate and limit changes.
  6. Source and assurance pack
    • Publish the source and licence inventory, deployed addresses and versions, available audit reports, invariants, build provenance, administrator powers, incident contacts, and monitoring dashboards.
    • Link the applicable Grassroots Economics repositories.
